This is not a tutorial as it is a pain to explain it all.
I used a tutorial for the skirtpart from another blog I truly recommend when you are into Disney Cosplaying :Dhttp://happilygrim.blogspot.be/2013/08/disney-tutorials-for-not-so-grownups.html
I found it a few years ago and it has been very helpful, the tutorial I used for the skirtpart is taken down so that is a bummer. But you can still use the link for other Disney cosplays you'd like to make.
So here you can see my version of Belle :D. I didnt make the gloves, already got those. But everything else I did make.
It's a one piece dress (the top part is stretchy). I didn't use a zipper or buttons. Just pulling it over and done :D. An old poofyskirt is something I were underneath to give it extra volume.
Hope you all like it.
